Europe-China High-Tech Innovation Talent Exchange Center was founded in Paris, France in 2023. Officially registered under the French government, it serves as an international platform for talent exchange and industrial-sector cooperation.  Headquartered in Paris, the Center boasts 20-year experience in European official-affair reception and industry matchmaking. It owns a resource pool of over 1,500 collaborating designers worldwide, covering product design, brand identity, packaging design and other full-spectrum design disciplines. Invited by the Department of Science and Technology of Hebei Province since 2020 to carry out high-end-talent recruitment, the Center has been awarded the title of Excellent High-end-talent-introduction Workstation of Hebei Province for four consecutive years.
