Service design scholars and industry experts from across China will be invited to deliver keynote presentations and participate in round-table discussions on the strategic transformation and upgrading of industries in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.

The conference will focus on topics such as empowering the high-quality development of the tertiary industry through service design, promoting the green and digital transformation of the manufacturing sector, and exploring pathways for service design to support regional coordination. It will also present exemplary service design cases in specific industries and fields, as well as the evaluation of service design talents and institutions in China, in order to build greater consensus between the service industry and the field of service design, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional trade in services.
